Booking & Planning
Booking begins with a discovery call. During the call, we’ll learn about your event, goals, guest count, timeline, and production needs. If we’re a good fit, we’ll provide a proposal and request a deposit to reserve your date. From there, we’ll move into pre-production and begin designing your experience together.
The discovery call is a collaborative conversation where we get to know you, your vision, and what success looks like for your event or production.
Whether you’re planning a brand activation, fashion show, workshop, pop-up, private celebration, or something entirely unique, we’ll discuss your goals, timeline, guest count, budget, creative ideas, technical requirements, and any production support you may need.
It’s also an opportunity to ask questions, explore possibilities, and determine whether PLZR Studios is the right fit for your project. Following the call, we’ll outline the next steps and, if we’re a good fit, prepare a proposal and booking details to move your project into pre-production.
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance. This gives us enough time to plan your event, coordinate vendors, source equipment, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Need something sooner? Depending on availability, we may still be able to accommodate your event. Rush bookings may be subject to an expedited planning fee.
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date.
Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once the deposit has been received.

We believe it’s the fairest way to reserve our space. Rather than holding dates or prioritizing one client over another, reservations are secured in the order deposits are received.
Deposits become non-refundable if an event is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled date, as it’s unlikely we’ll be able to rebook the space on short notice. Rush bookings are immediately considered non-refundable soon as the deposit is placed.
If your plans change before then, please reach out as early as possible. We’ll always do our best to work with you whenever circumstances allow.
The Space
Every rental includes access to the studio space along with basic furnishings and an on-site door attendant for events.
Additional production services—including professional lighting, audio equipment, projectors, set design, staging, and other production capabilities—are available as add-ons depending on your event needs.

Capacity depends on the layout of your event.
As a general guideline:
- Standing events: Up to approximately 80 guests
- Seated events: Approximately 30–40 guests
We’ll help determine the ideal layout during your discovery call.
Yes.
There is ample free street parking available on Windsor Boulevard, along with metered parking on the surrounding main streets.
Meters are free after 6:00 PM and all day on Sundays, making evening events especially convenient for guests.
Absolutely.
PLZR Studios is designed to be highly modular and can be transformed for a wide variety of events and productions.
If you have inspiration images or a mood board, we’d love to review them during your discovery call so we can help bring your vision to life.
Pets may be permitted depending on the event.
Please let us know during your discovery call if you plan to bring animals so we can ensure the space is suitable and comfortable for everyone involved.
Production Services
No.
In addition to studio rentals, we specialize in producing immersive experiences and events.
For larger productions, we often recommend combining venue rental with our production services to maximize the potential of the space and create a seamless experience.
Absolutely.
Photography, videography, and content creation rentals are available without requiring full production services.
If needed, we can also recommend photographers, videographers, or additional crew members from our trusted network.

Yes.
We can assist with creative direction, production management, logistics, vendor coordination, staffing, audiovisual planning, and transforming the space into a fully immersive experience.
Yes.
We’re happy to recommend trusted vendors from our network, including photographers, videographers, DJs, sound technicians, performers, content creators, decorators, and more.
Special sourcing requests may incur an additional coordination fee.
Equipment & Capabilities
The studio features built-in ambient string lighting with adjustable brightness settings, along with professional spotlights that allow you to adjust beam width and color temperature.
Additional RGB uplighting and production lighting packages are also available.

Absolutely.
You’re welcome to bring your own cameras, lighting, audio equipment, décor, or production gear.
If you have specific technical requirements, let us know during your discovery call so we can ensure compatibility with the space.
Yes.
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the studio.
Yes.
We offer multiple projector options depending on your needs, including a Full HD projector ideal for screenings and projection mapping, as well as a secondary projector that’s perfect for background visuals, branded graphics, looping content, and ambient displays.
Policies
Smoking flower is not permitted indoors.
Guests wishing to smoke may do so outside.
Smoking inside the studio may result in a $250 cleaning fee.
Vaping is permitted indoors provided it does not damage the space or interfere with the event.
Absolutely.
We encourage clients to personalize the space and make it their own.
Sharing a mood board or inspiration images before your event allows us to recommend the best layout and décor options for your vision.
If studio property is damaged during your rental, a $250 damage and inconvenience fee may apply in addition to the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged item.

We’re located in Mid-City Los Angeles, offering convenient access from many parts of the city.
The full address will be provided during the booking process.
Our hours are flexible depending on the type of event.
Many of our events begin in the evening and may run until late at night, but we’re happy to discuss scheduling based on your specific needs.
