Print N Sip by Aishwarya
What began as a simple question – “What would you create if there were no limitations?” – became the foundation for a first-of-its-kind workshop. Inspired by her family’s lineage of woodblock printing in India, Aishwarya envisioned sharing a centuries-old craft in a way that felt approachable, communal, and rooted in culture. Together, we transformed that vision into an intimate Print & Sip experience where guests learned traditional woodblock printing, shared stories over chai and food, and connected through the act of making something by hand.
Designed as more than a workshop, the evening celebrated heritage through participation. Guests explored vintage garments, experimented with hand-carved blocks, and gained insight into the craft through demonstrations and process footage from artisans in India. The sold-out event welcomed a diverse community of friends, families, and first-time participants, many of whom arrived as strangers and left having created alongside one another. For Aishwarya, it marked her first time leading a public workshop. For everyone else, it was an invitation to slow down, learn something new, and experience culture through creativity.
